This recipe is lacto/ova vegetarian friendly and our web designer's favorite. His experience is
that there tends to be no anchovies paste in no-name Worcestershire sauces if you're into that
sort of thing. You should check the label before buying anything that you consume. Prep time is
less than 10 minutes.
1 head McBride's Organic Farm romaine lettuce (washed and shredded)
1 clove McBride's Organic Farm garlic (chopped)
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 Ontario certified organic farm fresh egg yolk
1 T lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated)
Combine and mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl while the lettuce dries. Toss in the lettuce,
mix, serve and hail Caesar!
