Enjoy a scrumptious home-cooked Italian dinner in less than 20 minutes. The timer begins when
you turn your stovetop element to high.



1 pkg fettuccine (fresh)
1 McBride's Organic Farm tomato (diced)
1 c ricotta cheese
2 McBride's Organic Farm green onions (sliced)
2 T basil fresh (chopped)
1 clove McBride's Organic Farm garlic (chopped)
3 T butter

The clock is ticking. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente. While the water is
boiling combine the tomatoes, green onion, basil and garlic in a bowl and set aside. On low heat
melt the butter and add the ricotta, stirring vigorously until well blended. Remove from heat.
Serve the pasta, top with the ricotta and a spoonful or two of tomatoes.
