A nice snack on its own but even better when eaten with our hummus . These mouth-watering
wedges shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to prepare. Preheat your oven to broil while you are
prepping the pita bread.



1 pkg whole wheat pita bread (approx 4 slices)
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil (you probably won't need that much)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cut the pita into small wedges and separate the wedges to double the number of wedges. Lightly
brush on the olive oil, sprinkle the parmesan over top and place in the oven for seven minutes
(time may vary depending on your oven) or until wedges have turned golden brown. Be creative,
substitute parmesan for your favorite shredded cheese or mix your favorite McBride's Organic
Farm herb or spice with the oil.
