These oven-roasted fries are great with our veggie burgers and make a nice snack on their own.
Preheat the oven to 425F while you are prepping the sweet potatoes.
2 lbs McBride's Organic Farm sweet potatoes (sliced into fries)
2 T olive oil
2 t chili powder
1 t paprika
1 lemon (squeezed)
Mix the cut fries in a bowl with the oil and lemon juice until the fries are coated completely. Add
the spices and mix anew. Place on baking sheet and cook until brown (20 minutes or so), turn
over and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve and wait for your guests to ask for
